Join us for Mahjong & Marigolds, a special evening inspired by Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican tradition centered around remembering and celebrating the lives of loved ones who have passed. Think marigolds, papel picado, beautiful calavera-inspired details, festive food and drinks, and of course, plenty of mahjong. The evening will be colorful, joyful and celebratory, with a few opportunities to learn about the traditions and symbolism behind Día de los Muertos along the way. We’ll have a special remembrance display where guests can, if they choose, write the name of someone they’re remembering and a favorite memory that makes them smile. You’re also welcome to bring a small photo of someone you’d like to honor. Come ready to play, gather, share stories and celebrate the people who have shaped our lives.
